First Time Newborn Session...Baby T

Just a few days ago, I had the honor of taking some newborn photos for a friend. I had a great plan in mind, had thoroughly envisioned how the morning would go - it was nothing like I had pictured. As delightful as it was, I now have a new found respect for Newborn Photographers. Getting the perfect cuddly poses is definitely a talent and a learned art!

(On a side note, if the color of these pictures is way off, I am on the road and editing on a lap top - I may have to make some changes when I get home).

This little guy was so sweet, cuddly, and handsome especially with his full head of hair!















And just for fun Big Brother T decided to let me take some picutres of him too. He wouldn't change into his blue jeans and nice shirt, nor would he pose with Baby T, but he had no problems posing for me!



I couldn't resist trying to get a shot of his beautiful long lashes!!



Thanks Barbara for giving me this opportunity! I hope your husband can enjoy these photos too...please tell him thanks for his service and sacrifice!! I can imagine he can hardly wait to hold his boys again soon!!

A Quick Look for you...

Yesterday I had the opportunity to take pictures of this beautiful family. The kids were great - being willing to try everything I was asking! A warm day, the leaves, a tire swing, an old bench, and a big back yard made for a perfect combination. I had a great time experimenting, and they seemed to enjoy it as well!

Three Handsome Boys...

It's been quite a while since I have purposely set out to take pictures of my boys...here are a couple of my most recent shots. Z is especially difficult because the minute he sees the camera he puts on his cheesiest grin...









Is it just me or are these guys the cutest little boys you've ever seen!!

Wyoming kids...

There is definitely something to be said about an open field, an old farm truck, and some CUTE kids! These kiddos put up with me and my "just for fun" hobby for a couple of days in a row...poor kids!! The sun was really bright, and I didn't not until afterward that I didn't pay any attention to the shadows their glasses were making...oops...a good lesson for me!

The Lord's Beauty...

There are so many things around us that are beautiful...the Wyoming sunset is one of those. We spent the weekend on the Wyoming prairie with some friends...I spent a lot of time playing with my camera!

They are such little sweeties...I wish that my boys could grow up next to them, but for now we will have to settle for once a year visits!!
