I had such a great time getting a few shots of this new little one! What a SWEETIE!!! He was a bit against falling asleep for pictures; but all the better for snuggly, sweet Mommy and Daddy poses...and let's not forget Charlie Brown (the puppy)!!

{A Family}

10 years ago we were stationed here together.  We had our first son a week before they had their second.  Both of our families have moved around since then, our paths have crossed here and there, our boys have grown up, and we find ourselves right back to where it all started.  Thanks for spending the evening in front of my camera...you have a great family. 

 

 

{C Family} Photo swap...

Despite that fact that we have been stationed in at least one of the same places (never at the same time), and have many mutual friends, we didn't meet until about a year ago.  She and I talk pictures/cameras...talk boys...talk church...and talk military life; and the few times our families have been together we have a great time.  Tonight wasn't any different!  She and I decided a few weeks ago that we should just "swap" family pictures - so that's what we did!  There weren't any extras...just the basic family photos...but they turned out great!!  Thanks guys for your friendship, for you faithfulness through hard times, and for some great family pictures!!

{A&J} Family

This photo session didn't go quite as planned...the cold temps set in and we only managed to squeeze in about 10 minutes of photos.  These two boys are so cute, but neither of them enjoyed the chilly wind.  I look forward to hopefully photographing them again when the weather warms up, which around here could mean in May!! 

{D & T} Family

I have had the pleasure of getting to know this family through our base homeschool group.  I love watching these little kids play and have fun during P.E., and at gymnastics.  The girls are full of smiles and this little guy is cute, smiley, and an avid Tigers fan (much to his dad's chagrin).  Thanks for braving the chilly air, and the soggy conditions for pictures!  Enjoy your sneak peek!!

We have known this great looking family for a few years and they sure are a lot of fun!  I loved the bright colors they chose to wear; and enjoyed trying to grab a quick picture in the few moments of stillness that their kiddos had.  With such beautiful scenery and so many places to run and explore those moments are often hard to find!  Thanks guys for a fun shoot - enjoy your sneak peek!

 

 

There is a Senior in the House... {EH}

 

I had so much fun taking pictures of this young man.  He was kind, polite, and even played a little guitar for his mom and I.  It's not very often that you meet a teenage boy who is motivated, well rounded, a hard worker, and has big plans for the future!  Best wishes to you in all of your future endeavors.  Enjoy your Senior year and all of the memories you make!!

 

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

{Ms. Linz...} Senior 2013

What is there to say about someone like Lindsey?!  She is part of our family, our kids' favorite babysitter, and has the cutest dimple you have ever seen (can I say that about a teenager?).  I loved doing this shoot with her.  She is truly a beautiful woman inside and out.  Mom and Dad you have so much to be proud of!  I hope that the seeds Justin and I sow in our daughter can reap the joy that is so obvious in Lindsey! 

{s - Twins} Senior 2013

I have been able to photograph these awesome teenagers a couple of times now.  I thoroughly enjoy myself every time.  With the exception of the freezing temperatures, this time was no different.  We headed out to a local state park; and although most of the leaves had fallen, the scenery was beautiful!  These two braved the cold temps, put on their best smiles and performed like champs!!  Enjoy your senior year...you are making memories for a lifetime!! 

Sisters...{G Family}

Today I had some fun with these two little sisters...or I should say I had a nice work out with them.  I have my own toddler at home, but I still forget how quickly they can run, get distracted, and change moods.  In the end, it wasn't any of my tactics, but their Mom's persistence that helped get the shots we hoped for!!  Thanks for a great session, enjoy this little peek, we got some great shots today!! 

 

 

Baby {T}

There is something so refreshing about the newness of life!  This couple just welcomed their first child into their lives, and what a beautiful baby she is!   She is sweet, soft, and utterly adored by her parents!!   Thanks so much for letting me into your home to capture these moments for you!! 

California Beach...{C Family}

Recently on a trip to California, we were able to get together with some great friends.  I had the pleasure of taking family pictures for them on the local beach one afternoon.  Their six boys are so much fun...and I loved seeing how the different personalities mesh so nicely into one great family!!  Thanks so much for coming to visit us, thanks for your friendship, and thanks for letting me take pictures.  Speaking on behalf of my whole family...we can't wait until our paths cross again!!
